Yancheng Huade (Dancheng) Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 totally invested by Yancheng Huade Biological Engineering Co., Ltd.. It is located in Hi-tech Industrial Zone of Dancheng county, Zhoukou city, Henan province. The company covers an area of 26 ,680 square meters. The company has 126 employees, including 30 technicians. The total assets are nearly 100 million yuan, of which fixed assets are more than 50 million yuan. Various types of testing equipment are fully equipped, which can meet the quality testing and control of the whole prodl uction process.

The plant was firstly established earlier in 1991 and has more than 30 years’ production and development experience.

Till now the plant has 4 production line of Lactic ester products which was developed by ourselves. The total output of ester products is 16000T per year including: Methyl lactacte, Ethyl lactate, Propyl lactate, Butyl lactate, Butyl butyryllactate, some flavors and fragrances. The main applying field of the products include: Pharmaceutical intermediates, cleaning agent of electronic chips, food additives, chemical solvents, etc..

The plant has complete test instruments and can satisfy the quality control and test for all the process.

In 2015, the plant was appraised as Hi-tech enterprise in Henan province, and also established the innovation platform in R&D center of ester products of Zhoukou city.

The company has established long-term cooperation relationship with Tianjin University, East China University of Science and Technology, and other universities and institutions.

The material is being sold to domestic market and overseas market including Korea, Japan, USA and EU.
 
The production scale and quality is in the first rank of Chinese counterparts. With the great support from the government for industry of electronic chips, the main market of electronic chips will be in China, therefore the prospect of ester products will have a very bright future.
